Important Note for Parents: Most items sold on My Class Kit (uniforms, shoes, books) are school-required items. So, replacement or exchange is the main solution instead of refunds.

Send an email to aiaayojan@gmail.com within 7 days from delivery with the following details:

Student Name
Class & Division
Order Number
Product Name
Reason for Replacement / Exchange
Clear photographs (if damage/defect)
Exchange Process
  1. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the school will communicate a designated date and time for the exchange.
  2. Parents are requested to visit the school branch at the allotted time.
  3. The original product must be brought along with all tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories (if any).
  4. The replacement/exchange will be processed only after verification of the product by the authorized representative.
