Delivery Method
All orders placed through the MY CLASS KIT application will be delivered directly to the respective school.
Once the order is processed and verified, the purchased items will be handed over to the student in their respective classroom by the authorized school vendor or designated school representative.
Delivery Timeline
- Orders will generally be delivered within 2 Working Weeks from the date of successful payment confirmation.
- During peak admission or school reopening periods, the delivery timeline may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Order Verification
Before dispatch, all orders are verified against the following details to ensure every order reaches the correct student:
Delivery Charges
There are no separate shipping or delivery charges for orders delivered through the school. The delivery cost is included in the product pricing.
Failed / Missed Delivery
If a student is absent on the day of distribution, the order will be safely retained by the authorized vendor or school and handed over on the student's next working day or as instructed by the school administration.
Important Notes
- Parents are requested to verify the student's details (name, class, division) before placing an order.
- Once the order has been handed over to the student, it shall be deemed as successfully delivered.
- Any discrepancy in the delivered items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt through the MY CLASS KIT / AAYOJAN AI support team.
